INTO YOGA Experience is a collaboration project between Sara Caneva and Leonardo Moggia, experienced Yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner.
After years working together leading Yoga Retreats in both Barcelona and Ibiza, they launched INTO YOGA Experience, a quality modern yoga and lifestyle teachers School.
INTO YOGA school is registered and their trainings certified by Yoga Alliance.

Live a transformative experience with our RYS-200 yoga teacher training program.
A Yoga Alliance certified program that will provide you with a solid foundation for teaching yoga and a deep understanding of your personal practice.
Our intensive course is designed to give you the foundational skills and confidence you need to get started in teaching yoga.
The entire program is based on the Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga lineages and is divided into four main modules where you will learn about techniques, training and practice, anatomy and physiology, history and philosophy as well as teaching methodology.
A complete and quality Yoga Teacher Training right in the centre of the vibrant Barcelona.
The total duration of the program is 31 days, but only 21 class days, from Monday to Friday. The weekends are free to rest, study and recover as well as to integrate everything learned during the week.
Work hard, practice with consciousness, become a certified Yoga Teacher, and enjoy the vibes of this beautiful and bright city.
